I hope that everyone has had a wonderful holiday season and is looking forward to the New Year!

“The world’s first installed parking meter was in Oklahoma City, on July 16, 1935.

Carl C. Magee, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is generally credited with originating the parking meter.

He filed for a patent for a “coin controlled parking meter” on May, 13, 1935.”

“An Oklahoman, Sylvan Goldman, invented the first shopping cart.”

“Bob Dunn, a musician from Beggs, invented the first electric guitar in 1935.”

” Clinton Riggs designed the YIELD sign. It was first used on a trial basis in Oklahoma.”

This Eco-friendly day spa was a vendor at the 2011 B.A.B.E. Experience. They even provided free massages in the VIP section of B.A.B.E. It was such a pleasure to work with them and I look forward to working with them more!
